Returns & Exchanges

At Endura, we stand by the quality of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all technical tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
